Fashion's newest icon Lily Allen has revealed that she was 'petrified' the first time she met Karl Lagerfeld at Paris Fashion Week.
"I was like, 'What am I doing?' And I was really s******g myself," she told the times.
Lily's lost weight and swapped her ball gown and trainers for a new grown up look and was even seen mixing with the world's most stylish in Paris but still she insists she's not really a part of the fashion elite.
"I don't think I am that groomed: I mean, like today, for example, I did wear a nice high-waisted skirt but I didn't wear any make-up," she added.
"It's always been like that for me, I'll wear a 50s prom dress with trainers. I like a lot of vintage stuff as well as designer and I get a lot of stuff from the high street."
Lily will be amoung the stars performing at this week's Swarovski Fashion Rocks combining the top music talent with the world's best designers to raise money for the Princes Trust.
