Kristin Davis has spoken out about her new fashion line, which is inspired by her Sex and The City character, Charlotte York.
The stunning actress has admitted it has been tough trying to launch her range amid the tough trading conditions at the moment, but has enjoyed the experience nonetheless.
She said to The Birmingham News: "It has been exciting, but it's certainly challenging. The retail world is not exactly the place you want to be in a recession.
"We wanted to keep the price point accessible, and now, that's a huge, huge challenge," she adds.
"There's a learning curve anyway, but I feel like I've learned a lot more. If we can weather this, it bodes well for the future."
Davis' line will be sold at Belk initially, and if she's successful who knows what the future will bring.
Let's hope she doesn't go the same way as Mandy Moore or Lauren Conrad, who have both decided to take a break from their fashion lines, reportedly due to the recession.
