Kate Middleton tops a recent trend report

Over a thousand women were surveyed for the Kenco Millicano Trend Report, written by fashion insider and actress Keeley Hawes, to highlight the biggest trends this year and what to expect from 2012.

The Duchess of Cambridge's trend setting, fashionable and often recycled outfits proved to be the most popular receiving 55% of the votes and hugely favoured over Ex-Factor judge Cheryl Cole with only 22%.

79% of women are also following Kate's idea and keeping clothes from years ago in the hope they come back into style and can be worn for different occasions.

As a result of different social attitudes and awareness, results show that more and more women (75%) are buying ethically produced or sourced products including everything from coffee to clothing, proving we are feeling increasingly more in tune to what we buy and from where.

With higher figures of real women and celebrities alike turning to the classy style of Kate Middleton for style guides, today's ladies are looking for taste as well as trends in fashion.
