Detmar Blow is planning to set up a foundation to look after his late wifes collection of hats.
Blow was responsible for kick starting the careers of Alexander Mc Queen. Sophie Dahl and Philip Tracey.
Detmar said: "Issy was a walking art form. I'm hoping all the people she helped in her life will cough up some money to get this up and running."
Many of her trademark hats are already on display in St Petersburg and are expected to show in New Zealand, Venice, Istanbul and New York before returning to the UK.
Detmar and her sisters are also considering the possibility of a new museum dedicated to Blow, which would exhibit her extensive collection of designer and couture clothes and shoes as well as her headwear.
