Gwen Stefani revealed she was always creating patterns and designs for clothes from an early age.

The singer, who also has a hugely successful clothing range L.AM.B, also created her own costumes when she was touring with her band No Doubt.

She designed and sewed her own dress for her first stage performance and her passion developed from there.

Describing her trademark eccentric chic, the style icon said she enjoys experimenting with her look.

She told famous;” I love that part of getting ready to go on tour.

I to have fun with my look because I think clothes are an extension of your personality and now that I am designing clothes I think about it more than ever.”
