Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is thinking about adopting a child from her native Brazil.
The beauty recently married American football star Tom Brady and the couple want to start a family but also make a difference by helping a star in need.
Gisele told Vanity Fair: "I would also love to adopt a child from Brazil. When you come from Sao Paulo, you see five-year-olds sniffing glue on the corner. You think, if you make a difference in the life of one of them, that makes your time on this Earth worthwhile."
Gisele also talked about how finding out Tom had a love child was a wake-up call for her. Tom's ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan announced she was pregnant soon after he and Gisele started dating in 2006.
She said: "It was definitely a surprise for both of us. In the beginning you're living this romantic fantasy, you're thinking, 'This can't be true, it's so good!' And then, 'Whoops - wake-up call!' "
"It was a very challenging situation. Obviously, in the beginning of a relationship it's not the ideal thing. You question at times, 'Should I stay here? Maybe you should work this out.' But when people break up, it's for a reason."
