Courtney Love has denied that she had gastric band surgery.
The rocker revealed her fabulous new slim line figure on a beach in Hawaii recently.
She has hit out at reports that she went under the knife to achieve her new look.
However sources told page six that the former Hole singer admitted that she underwent the procedure.
She's telling people she got the gastric band surgery.
She even said she had to sleep with a towel by her because the surgery makes her (vomit) all the time and is worried she won't be able to make out with anyone because of her breath.
A spokesperson for Love denied the claims and attributed her dramatic weight loss to a macrobiotic diet and yoga exercises.
He said: Not true. She says she never got surgery.
