One of the winners on Coleen Rooney's model show, Coleen's Real Women is to sue a fake tan brand for failing to uphold its deal, The Sun reports.
Nicole Francis, 25, was chosen as the face of Fake Bake and shot a commercial campaign in Las Vegas after winning one of the show's modelling competitions in March 2008. Nicole claims she was promised a six-figure deal on the show but it has never materialised. She also claims, in papers filed at Liverpool County Court, that she wasn't paid for the photoshoot she did for the company.
Nicole told The Sun: "Everything seemed fine when I was there. But it all went quiet once I came home and the show was aired. It was like they'd had their publicity and just weren't interested in me any more."
"Coleen was lovely, really professional, just one of the girls. Now when I watch these programmes, I wonder if these people will really get what they're promised."
Fake Bake's lawyer Eddie Parladorio told the paper: "Any claim from Nicole Francis is strongly disputed and any proceedings from Nicole Francis will be vigorously defended."
A representative from television programme maker's Endemol said: "Fake Bake has a direct contract with Nicole Francis. We are aware that she has taken legal action against the brand."
