Christina Ricci is the new face of luggage company Samsonite.

The Hollywood actress, who stars in the upcoming film Black Snake Moan, will promote the Fashionaire Travel and Accessory Collection.

Quentin Mackay, Creative Director of Samsonite, said in a press release:” As the 'Face of Fashionaire', Christina embodies the Fashionaire personality - renowned for her personal sense of style, her love of fashion, and her ability to stay one head of the game.”

“I think she is a perfect fit for the iconic Fashionaire collection.”

Ricci launched the new range which combines vintage styles with modern shapes at the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York recently.

Cameron Silver who owns the famous vintage boutique Decades in Los Angeles, collaborated with Samsonite on the new line.
