New X Factor panel Britney, Demi, L.A. and Simon
Demi Lovato, Britney Spears, Simon Cowell and L.A Reid were confirmed as the line up for this year's USA X Factor when they were pictured together at the Fox Upfront 2012 Presentation in New York City.
Demi and Britney are the two newest additions to the judging lineup after Nicole Sherzinger and Paula Abdul were given the boot.
Demi wore a stunning Falguni & Shane Peacock Spring 2012 dress.
The printed mini featured a drape which fell from the shoulder and past the hemline.
Black peep toe Topshop shoes with a studded platform were added. A pair of strappy coloured sandals would have fared much better.
She styled her long blode hair into beach waves, pullinh yhe front secions back.
The singer completed the with gold drop earrings and a cocktail ring.
Britney on the other hand stuck to her classic style - Bodycon.
Instead of Herve Leger she opted for Alexander Wang plum sleeveless v-neck dress.
To add even more sexiness it also featured cut outs on the bust too.
Giuseppe Zanotti metallic gold cage shoes and hoop earrings completed her look.
This is a typical Britney look taht we've come to expect, and I don't expect to be wowed during the show either.
