Allegra Hicks Catwalk Show
Designer Allegra Hicks has found a new backer, just one week after going into administration.
The luxury lifestyle brand has found a private investor in the shape of AH Lifestyle Ltd, who reportedly acquired the brand and its assets for a secret sum.
It's thought that they will build their new acquirement into an international brand over the next year or so.
Hicks, who founded the company in 2003 is clearly relieved that someone has come forward to take the company to the next level.
She told WWD: "I am delighted that a private investor came forward to fund the development of a new company to carry on the Allegra Hicks brand. This was a great vote of confidence in the brand and its potential."
