Local family win a special day out courtesy of the Andrex® Puppy and Comic Relief
The Laycock family, and their dog, from Fleet won a once in a lifetime prize of a table at the Andrex® Puppy Red Nose Day Charity Lunch and Auction on the 26th February 2007.
Celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson prepared a delicious and healthy menu for the dogs and their owners to spend an extraordinary day out at London’s prestigious Clerkenwell Restaurant.
The lucky winners and pooch Tiggy were selected from an online competition with Female First and dined amongst celebrity guests Jenny Faulkner, Susie Amy and Isabella Hervey. 
They were then invited to participate in the afternoon’s auction with the chance to bid on some amazing items, meet the real life Andrex® Puppy and help raise money for this years Red Nose Day.
Winner Sarah was delighted to be a part of such a one off experience “The whole family was so excited to be a part of such a fun and thrilling day.
The best part was being able to do something extraordinary for charity whilst having such a great experience, and of course being able to bring Tiggy to have lunch with his new doggie pals

It seems only right to have run a competition to give families from around the country a chance to come and get involved in something wonderfully unique.”
