Rose Byrne enjoys being featured on worst-dressed lists.
The 'Bridesmaids' actress is often pictured wearing flawlessly chic outfits but she's confessed that she also likes to experiment with her style, and is as flattered by criticisms of her outfits as she is by compliments.
She said: "It's hard not to look too cheesy but it's fashion, so it should be fun. To me, getting on the worst-dressed list is just as good as getting on the best-dressed list. You are never going to please everybody, so it's more important to please yourself."
The 34-year-old star - who rose to fame in legal-thriller series 'Damages' - has nevertheless received regular praise from ruthless fashion critic Kelly Osbourne on E! panel show 'Fashion Police'.
When told about the panel's admiration of her style, she told the Metro newspaper: "Really? Wow. They are a tough crowd. I'll definitely take that."
Rose is currently starring alongside 'High School Musical' star Zac Efron in the outrageous comedy 'Bad Neighbours' and she claims his numerous topless scenes were vital to the film.
She explained: "Well, everybody had their shirts off - me, Seth - no one was safe.
"What I like most about it, though, was that Zac was willing to make fun of his own media persona and the vanity of his character really served a purpose in the film.
"If you work that hard at looking that good, you don't want to be having to wear a shirt."
