Rita Ora likes to make a statement with fashion and has admitted that most of her style advice comes from her mother.
The 23-year-old singer loves wearing "crazy" outfits, but she admits it's her mum Vera who tells her to wear more provocative clothing and apply more make-up.
Speaking in the August issue of Flare magazine, she said: "When I wear crazy stuff, she'll [my mum will] say, 'I need sex. I need glamour.' I got obsessed with makeup and makeup artists when I was young, with people like Kevyn Aucoin. I feel like I'm a character already, as in, like, I love dressing up. If I could live in a cabaret, I would. If I could live in 'Moulin Rouge!', I would."
Meanwhile, the 'How We Do' hitmaker is currently the face of Rimmel, and insists her aim was to bring out the fun side of the brand with bright beauty looks.
She said previously: "Kate Moss is iconic, and Georgia May Jagger is an English rose; she's gorgeous. Me, I like exaggerating a colour and being over the top.
"So when Rimmel approached me, I said, 'I'd love to do it, but can we go crazy and do bold colours?' I learnt a lot from them, and we really mixed and matched our ideas."
