Nicole Kidman was definitely the best dressed at the opening ceremony of Cannes, also the The Great Gatsby premiere.
She looked beautiful in her Christian Dior Spring 2013 Couture.
The strapless floral embroidered dress was simply breathtaking and her coral Dior pumps perfectly offset the colours in her dress.
Carey Mulligan chose a very simple dressFlawless skin, bright lips and simple diamond earrings completed the look.
But what took it to another level was her structured ponytail. I love the height and slicked back detail.
The whole thing was just gorgeous.

The blush-coloured gown fitted her perfectly and a much needed pop of colour was added via her red lips.

Isla Fisher walked the red carpet in a beautiful tiered Oscar de la Renta red gown.
The strapless neckline was offset with a jewelled statement necklace and flowing curls. Like always she manages to look doll-like in the best possible way.
Another standout look came from Frieda Pinto who wore a bright pink Gucci gown.
The Indian actress wore the one-of-a-kind halter dress and was most definitely one of the more memorable looks of the evening.
The gown was off set with a beautiful embellished belt and similar-style shoes. A braided updo finished her look.
Cara Delevigne was there wearing, of course, Burberry. Her black lace gown was low cut with sheer panels around the neckline. She chose a bold beauty look with dark eyes, her standout eyebrows and a red lip. But it was her diamond jewellery that we noticed the most. This was just enough from the tomboy model who would have looked uncomfortable in a big gown - we have yet to see her in anything like this.
Cindy Crawford defied gravity in her white and gold embellished Roberto Cavalli gown. She looked as beautiful as ever in the figure-fitting dress.
