Miley Cyrus made a complete 180 degree turn in the style stakes when she stepped on the red carpet this week, for once she had her tongue inside of her mouth and looked classy and elegant.
Her Marc Jacobs full-length dress was a little sexy to say the least, with low scoop-back design, but Miley managed to carry the look with grace and kept the whole look subdued.
The singer was on the red carpet for the 30th Annual Night Of Stars presented by The Fashion Group International in New York City.

Presenting Marc Jacons with the year's Superstar Award, she obviously wore the designer, a piece from his Fall 2013 collection. The gorgeous green sequinned gown sparkled beautifully.
She kept the whole look stripped back with her hair slicked back, small earrings and gorgeous green eye make-up.
