Kate Moss cements fashion icon status in leather

Kate Moss smoulders in black leather

Kate Moss was honoured for her contribution to the fashion industry last night at the British Fashion Awards, and of course she looked her usual stylish self whilst doing so.

With a career that spans 25 years, it's safe to say Kate is a pro at working the camera and the red carpet. And she done exactly that in her leather Alexander McQueen dress. She was one of the few to wear a coat on the red carpet, but she most certainly didn't let it cover her dress and she used it as a prop in her poses for the camera.

Her rock chic glamour was perfectly personified in her perforated black leather dress with pleated skirt and belted waist band. As always she kept accessories simple, with a studded black clutch, Christian Louboutin pumps and a red pout.

Her infamous tousled tresses completed this perfect look from the style icon.

Here's to the next 25 years in the industry Kate, we know there's going to be no slowing you down. What with a new role at Vogue magazine and of course a brand new fashion collection at Topshop which launches next year.
