The Hugo Boss fully embellished gown has certainly been a favourite on the red carpet, getting its third outing last week by Victoria's Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio.
Alessandra follows in the footsteps of Jourdan Dunn and Shu Qi who have also worn the gown.
Each of the ladies of course styled the look differently, making it each to their own tastes, but who wore it better?
First up was Jourdan Dunn who wore the dress back in September to the GQ Men of the Year Awards.
Jourdan shunned the runway belt, opting to keep the dress completely free from accessories. She definitely let the dress do all the talking, and with her supermodel attitude worked it perfectly. She sleeked her hair back, added simple diamond drop earrings and a smokey eye to ramp up the sexiness.
Jourdan worked this look to the max.
Next up was Shu Qi, she wore the dress to the Vogue NO. 100 Night in Beijing in November.
Shu added a belt, but not the piece that was presented on the runway. The Fall 2013 dress was paired with a simple bangle and a pair of small drop earrings. A slicked back bun completed the look.
If anything this look was a little lack lustre, as she tried to play down the sexiness of the gown.
Someone who didn't do that was Alessandra who wore the dress to the amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles last Thursday (December 12).
Alessandra was simply glowing in the gown, which she paired with gorgeous bombshell curls. The model was only one of all three who styled the look with the runway belt. She also added a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps and Martin Katz jewels.
So, who wore it best? Alessandra wins this one for me. Whilst I wish she had worn sandals, Jourdan's dress was a little too short for her and Shu didn't look confident wearing such a revealing piece. What do you think?
