Dakota Fanning 'freaks out' when she tries on clothes.
'The Last of Robin Hood' star has admitted she is terrible at shopping for new outfits and says the pressure of trying on items in the store causes her to panic and buy clothes that don't fit.
She told Lucky magazine: "The pressure of trying things on in a store freaks me out. I usually come back with things that don't fit."
The 20-year-old actress also revealed she doesn't want to become a "slave" to different fashion trends and tries to stay clear of copying other people's style.
She explained: "I really want Birkenstocks, but everyone has white Birkenstocks. So it's about trying to find the colour that not everyone has.
"You can't be a slave to what everyone else thinks looks good, because sometimes it doesn't look good on you."
Her must-have fashion item is simply a t-shirt she received when her younger sister, Elle, was born.
She said: "It's pink with big blue letters and says 'I'm the Big Sister.'
"I was so small and it was so big that it fit me forever. Now it would be like a crop top on me, which might be in fashion."
