As the X-Factor draws to an end there has been tears, tantrums and a whole lot of fashion. From Diana's quirky style to JLS' matching, we look back at the top five outfits worn by the finalists.
5 - In fifth place is Ruth: During big band week 3, Ruth dazzled during her performance of the classic 'Summertime' in a beautiful red gown. The dress was custom-made and accessorised with Swaroski crystals.
This dress nips in at the waist showing off Ruths fantastic figure. Red is clearly Ruth's colour, and it works so well with her glossy locks and olive skin.
4 - In fourth place is JLS: Back in week five the boys from JLS looked very smart in matching waist coats by Antony Price.
At FemaleFirst we aren't huge fans of the boy band matching outfit trend, however we're letting the boys off this time.
The rest of the boys outfits came from Topman and Marks and Spencer.JLS looked really smart singing the BoysIIMen hit, 'One sweet day.'
The boys did have their signature colours on which makes this outfit a hit.
3 - In third place is Alexandra: Alexandra, in week six looked amazing in a body con dress from Reiss, and shoes from Faith. She accessorised with a belt from Ted Baker, which completed her look.
This dress was really on trend with two of this seasons must-have styles; body-con and underwear as outerwear.
Singing the classic 'You are so beautiful', she teamed her outfit with pink-toned make-up and soft curls.
2 - In second place is Diana: Back in week seven, Diana wore a gorgeous dress from the Kate Moss range at Topshop, accessorising with jewellery from Freedom at Topshop and Gioia Jewellery.
It was black with red poppy detail on and it really suited Diana's boho style. The chiffon sleeves were a really nice touch too, and definitely on trend for the season.
This outfit saw Dianna steam through to semi-finals singing, Take That's hit 'Patience.'
1 - In first place is Alexandra: Lucky Alexandra has probably had the best outfits throughout the series, and appears twice on our list.
In week eight, she wore a sequined corset by Suzanne Neville and was right on trend with her wet-look leggings and thigh-high boots both from Topshop.
Teamed with smoky eyes and glossy locks, Alexandra looked amazing and really worked her stylish look in her performance of Britneys 'Toxic.'
We can't wait to see what she'll be wearing in the final on Saturday, if her previous outfits are anything to go by, she'll surely look like a winner!
