Willa Holland
You may recognise Willa from her recent stint as bad girl, Agnes in Gossip Girl, but the more eagle-eyed among you will notice she first popped up on The O.C. as Marissa's sister, all those years ago.
Ok, maybe it wasn't that long ago, but in terms of fashion and style is feels like a decade. Gone is the innocent young girl, to be replaced by a mature and style savvy teen.
At 17, Willa already shares that disturbing 'looks older than she is' gene with her Gossip Girl co-star, Taylor Momsen, and they also know just what styles to rock.
So, while we've concentrated a lot on Taylor recently, we thought we'd take a closer peak into the fashionable world of Willa, and see if she really is a One To Watch for the future.
Firstly, we adored her style on GG recently, as she really rocked glammed up punk like no other, and single handedly managed to make yellow nails and a hangover look fashionable. Clearly, the girl is gifted.
Off screen though, her style is equally as good and is probably envied by a lot of teens, who have no hope in hell of looking this good at seventeen.
We've all been through the horrendous fashion errors when we were young, but Willa along with the rest of the Hollywood generation have stylists, beauticians and hairdressers on call to make them look good 24/7.
Not that we want to take anything away from Willa though, because she has a real elegant sophistication about her fashion choices, like this black dress, paired with minimal make-up and up-do.
Simple, chic and oh-so Audrey Hepburn like, Willa is well on her way to making a big name for herself in the world of acting and in fashion, especially if she keeps pulling outfits like this out of the bag.
