Giorgio Armani Dresses Angelina Jolie For 'Salt' Premiere
Hollywood Boulevard and Brad Pitt joined partner Angelina Jolie at the premiere of her new action movie "Salt."
For last night's worldwide premiere of the film "Salt" at the Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, Angelina Jolie wore an Emporio Armani black strapless beaded cocktail dress with a ruching detail at the waist.
While Pitt looked super smart after months of sporting facial hair that obscured his good looks and impish smile.
Speaking earlier, Jolie explained what made her decide to take on the physically challenging title role of Evelyn Salt.
"I'd just had babies and I'd been at home for a year and a half when I decided to do 'Salt,'" she recalled. "I felt like it was complex enough and all those wonderful things, but I also knew that it would be really good for me to jump around and get active after that time. It's important to do something that kind of gets you out of yourself, gets you physical and strong."
Salt is a movie about a CIA officer, Evelyn Salt swore an oath to duty, honor and country. Her loyalty will be tested when a defector accuses her of being a Russian spy.
Salt goes on the run, using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative to elude capture.
Salt's efforts to prove her innocence only serve to cast doubt on her motives, as the hunt to uncover the truth behind her identity continues and the question remains: "Who is Salt?"
