Liv Tyler hasnt ruled out plastic surgery when she gets older.
The stunning actress and face of Givenchy turns 30 on 1st July.
She already contemplated going under the knife after the birth of her first child Milo in 2004 but decided to choose a more natural method instead.
She told Allure magazine;" I was trying to get back into shape, so I went to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day."
Tyler insists that it isnt about vanity but said she needs to look good on the screen and for her role as the face of Givenchy.
She added:" I have to make a living. I guess I could sell my house and go live a really simple life in a trailer somewhere."
