The dress was an interesting choice after rumours have been circulating that Kanye West, her new boyfriend, has apparently told her to take more risks with fashion.
Kim was clearly not wearing a bra - so perhaps this is what she deems, taking a risk.
She was still wearin her 'KW' initial earrings in dedication to her new beau.
She told Alan Carr when she appeared on his show that this was her version of getting a tattoo.
What she most probably means is that they're more easy to replace.
She paired the look with a super slick ponytail, signature smokey eyes and a pink lip.
Simple black sandals and a small black box clutch completed the outfit.
