Supermodel Kate Moss is always making and breaking trends and is now responsible for festival chic.
In a recent survey commissioned in the run up to the Glastonbury festival this weekend, festival goers admitted that they spend an average of £500 on a new wardrobe.
Half of the 3,000 people questioned struggle to remember the bands they have seen, with almost a fifth admitting they watch less than five hours of music over a festival weekend.
Almost a third admitted that they shop for a completely new wardrobe which includes designer wellies and waterproofs before going to a festival.
The survey dubbed the phenomenon the Kate Moss effect and her style is one of the most copied at festivals.
