Cameron Silver

Cameron Silver

Julia Roberts. Salma Hayek. Winona Ryder. Kristin Davis. These are just a few of the stars who have worn frocks from DecadesTwo, the premier vintage and couture boutique on Los Angeles' Melrose Avenue.

Last night, co-owners Cameron Silver and Christos Garkinos opened their doors to celebrate the store's expansion and their acquisition of more than 100 pieces of Tom Ford-era YSL and Gucci. Larter, Jared Leto, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Zachary Quinto and Alyson Hannigan were just some of the boldfaced names who hit the shindig for some browsing and shopping.

I caught up with Silver this morning to get his thoughts on dressing Hollywood, his mom and a new Project Runway with...Katie Holmes.

Who's the one person you would drop everything to dress and style
My mom or Catherine Deneuve.

What's the one celebrity dress you'd love to get your hands on
The silver Dolce & Gabbana dress Naomi Campbell wore on the last day of her community service.

What's the one piece of jewelry you'd love to own
Anything by Boucheron.

What was your proudest red carpet moment
Dressing Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon in Alberta Ferretti for this past Oscars.

What was your biggest fashion disaster
Last night! My Cloak suit ripped from Venus to Mars.

Katherine Heigl is getting married. What do you think she should wear for her wedding
I would dress her in Marni.

Which celeb has such great style but hasn't started her own fashion line—and should start one
Definitely Selma Blair.

Project Runway just snagged Emmy nominations, so isn't it time for your own reality show about vintage clothing? What do you think about a Project Runway for the vintage set
It is about time. And we want to do one.

In addition to you guys (of course!), who else would be good judges for your reality show
James Galanos, Tom Ford and Katie Holmes
