We've covered how to protect your hair against the cold, the wet and the wind, and now it's time to think how we can prevent it being visited by the frizz monster when it's misty.
On the face of it, if there is mist in the air we don't tend to worry as much as if it was raining, but the truth is you should be worried because it can do some serious damage to your style.
It can make your perfectly styled locks look unruly and frizzy, which is never a good look to be sporting- just ask Monica from Friends!
Fear not though, there are some steps you an take to help tame the frizz, but they require being prepared in advance and packing some hair solutions in your handbag.
Firstly, spray some hairspray onto a tissue and gently stroke it over your hair, as this will help to tame any stray strands of hair that have become subjected to frizz.
It's also worth using an anti-frizz shampoo and conditioner on your hair before you go out, as this can make all the difference when you step out into the mist.
Once you've dried and styled your hair, smooth out all the ends with some finishing serum, which has some climate control technology behind it to help minimise frizz if you do get caught out in the elements.
