Pharrell Williams' new perfume will be called 'Girl.'
The 'Happy' hitmaker is collaborating with French brand Comme Des Garcons and the scent is tipped to be named after his second studio album, with more details to be revealed in the coming months.
It is thought fashion designer Rei Kawakubo has personally hand-picked the star to add to the label's range of scents, reports WWD.
CEO of Comme des Garçons Parfums SA, Adrian Joffe revealed Pharrell was very particular about what he wanted the scent to smell like.
He explained: "[Pharrell] knew exactly what he wanted the perfume to smell like right from the beginning."
Meanwhile, the 40-year-old music producer claims he is delighted to be collaborating with Comme de Garcons and is excited about the project.
He said: "I am so honoured to be working with Comme des Garçons and cherish the education that I've experienced in this collaboration."
Pharrell has already proved his ability to sell a product as he already has a number of successful fashion business ventures under his belt including two fashion labels, Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream.
The musician also has a line of accessories for Louis Vuitton and his very own textiles line 'Return Textiles' which produces 'bionic yarn' made from sustainable resources such as plastic bottles.
