Natalie Dormer is very "tactical" about where she applies her make-up.
The 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' actress has admitted that she's a big fan of contouring after watching the on set make-up artists perfect her bronzer and highlighter as they prepared her for her for the role of Cressida in the dsytopian film series.
When asked if she had any make-up tips, Natalie said: "Make-up is all about shading, it's about tactical application.
She then joked: "It helps when you watch people do it to you every morning!"
The 32-year-old actress was required to have a drastic undercut to play Cressida, who is described in the books as having a shaved head covered with tattoos in the shape of vines.
Referring to her half-shaved head, Natalie told the Metro newspaper: "It's kind of a fluffy uncut now, I'm enjoying it. I'm accidentally in vogue - it seems to me quite a popular hairstyle.
"It's good as you can hide it quite well. If anyone's getting in trouble at school they can flip it over then - ta da!"
The blonde beauty also revealed that she felt nervous about cutting her hair off at first, before deciding that her locks didn't define her.
She told Stylist magazine: "Hair grows back and to take yourself out of your comfort zone and challenge your perception of yourself, like, 'Who is Natalie when she doesn't have her long, flowing hair?' was ultimately incredibly liberating."
