Miranda Kerr credits her good looks to superfood salads.
The model has spilled the secrets to achieving her slender figure and radiant complexion, revealing she survives on a diet of healthy green smoothies and grilled lean meats, as well as a daily dose of leafy goodness packed with essential vitamins and nutrients.
She told the MailOnline: "Every day I eat a big salad with finely chopped spinach and kale, fennel, and macadamia nut oil. [Also] fresh lemon squeezed on that with apple cider vinegar. And feta cheese, olives, and cucumber."
Miranda also said she snacks on noni juice, goji berries, chia seeds or maca powder when she needs a sugar rush.
The stunning star, who is the face of Swarovski and Reebok, was speaking at an event for her Kora Organics skincare range in her native Sydney, Australia, and revealed her must-have product from her own range was the rosehip oil.
Miranda said: "I put it on every night. I really believe it makes a big difference to my skin. It's full of anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids.'
The 31-year-old beauty has worked out a flexible routine for looking after her three-year-old son Flynn with her husband Orlando Bloom, whom she separated from last October.
She explained: "I feel much better knowing I have a certain amount of days that I work and a certain amount that I have off, so I can plan my son's schedule
"Obviously there is flexibility in there. It's important to be flexible like a willow tree. It's flexible in a storm - whereas the oak tree is not flexible at all."
