Kim Kardashian's make-up artist wasn't nervous about creating the perfect bridal look.
The reality star enlisted celebrity cosmetics whizz Mario Dedivanovic to make her look perfect for her high-profile wedding to Kanye West on Saturday (25.05.14) and he claims the experience was "amazing" in spite of the pressure.
Speaking fresh from his trip to Florence for the showbiz wedding of the year, Mario told Channel Nine's 'Mornings': "I did her make-up for her wedding and it was amazing. We worked together for so long so I'm so comfortable with her face. It was actually not nerve wracking. It was a great experience. She looked stunning."
The make-up artist, who has worked with Kim for five years, helped the 33-year-old brunette achieve her favourite contoured look with the help of liberal amounts of bronzer and highlighter.
He said: "Contouring frames the face and chisels the cheeks. So basically it's putting a little bit of bronzer on the hairline and jawline and on the hollows of the cheeks and the bridge of the nose. It thins out the face and gives warmth to the face.
"Sometimes it takes 20 minutes, sometimes an hour. The most important is to blend, blend, blend."
Kim looked radiant in a ladylike custom-made Givenchy Haute Couture gown from Riccardo Tisci on her big day, which featured a cut-out back and lace sleeves.
Mario enthused: "It was a magical weekend. I can't really speak of any details. To put it in one word, it was magical. It was amazing. I am very happy for her."
