Will you be a Zombie for Halloween?
Hello Ladies this month I have decided to do I Halloween special and take you through step by step keeping it as simple yet effective and as quick as we can. For those of you with children let’s turn them little angels into little devils…. There will also be a tutorial linked to this page to really help you watch the step by step to get it perfect!!
Right this week I have decided to go with a scary zombie and it takes less than half an hour yet its sooooo effective here is the list of products you need in order for us to get started
- Gelatine…… about 4 packets but this can vary depending on how artistic you are and how far you want to go with this makeup
- Now you need to decide what colour you want your zombie ….Mine is going to be green and blue!!
- You need congealed blood.
- 2 pieces of toilet paper
- Latex
- Liquid blood
- Translucent loose powder
- Sponges
- Spatula
Just a little tip, when making your gelatine you have to get the consistency right and work with it so fast and get it onto the face, read the instructions carefully they could be different! From the Asda one packet equals 4 teaspoons of warm water start mixing straight away it should start to form together like glue as soon as it is liquid apply to the face as it dry’s so quick and forms making it hard to work to work with, you can repeat this as many times as you like and add on top off previous set gelatine just makes it look more effective.
Now the question you might be asking is where I can buy these products well sponges you can properly pick up some were Boots, Superdrug places like that and liquid blood this time of year you will probably pick up any were!! Asda, local supermarket! And as for the rest you can order of the internet( if you have a fancy dress shop local try there) try grimasprofessional.com, or you can try smiffys.com two amazing companies that really specify on this effective makeup not to mention the amazing costumes they have!
