As always the Burberry show is one of the hottest tickets in town during London Fashion Week, and again, like always it didn’t disappoint.
Models took to the runway in an array of gorgeous pastel pieces and crystal embellishments provided a luxe touch to each of the looks.
But it isn’t just the clothes that we’ve been enamoured by, it’s the beauty look too.
The models decked in head-to-toe Burberry and that included the brand new Burberry beauty collection, English Rose.
The make-up was created by Wendy Rowe and hair was designed by stylist Neil Moodie.
Neil told the Mail Online: “Christopher Bailey’s inspiration for the collection is English Rose distressed. This is why I decided to blow dry the hair in a classic sleek - but not poker straight - as would be expected of an English Rose. I then texturised and mattified the hair with Moroccanoil products to give it an edgy, distressed look.
“Next, I applied Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream before blow drying the hair to ensure the movement created by the blow dry held and to give it a more luxury finish.
“For thick hair, I blowdried it with a natural centre parting,” adds Neil. “For long hair, I created some movement by flicking the ends under in a natural way.”
The brand new beauty collection won’t be available till January 2014, but if you want to get your hands on it now you have to be quick. For two weeks after the show the beauty bits will be available online at Burberry.com, but be quick, who knows how long these items will last.
