Did you know that your love of beauty products is determined by what part of the country you live in?
No, we didn't either.
New research has revealed which parts of the country spend more money on particular products.
For example, in Manchester the demand for nail varnishes is 20 per cent above the average. Whereas, in Solihull in the West Midlands lipgloss is the in0demand product, again with 20 per cent more sales.
Edinburgh women buy 15 per cent more foundation, and Cardiff ladies have a soft spot for blusher, buying a staggering 51 per cent more than the national average.
Liverpool ladies are known for their love of fake tan, and the figures from John Lewis support this with 35 per cent mroe sales than the rest of the country.
Wheras, women in Chelsea have a penchant for expensive facial serums with 21 per cent more popularity than anywhere else.
