At the Atelier Versace showcase during Paris Couture Week, it wasn't only the beautiful hand-crafted dresses that had us swooning.
Thanks to make-up artist Pat McGrath it was the beautiful bod eyes too. The look was a wultra smoky eye with a flash of bright blue running through it.
For a more muted take on the look MUA, Leanne Shaw, shares her tips:
"If pretty pastels on eyes are the main feature keep skin contrasted and simple with a translucent base and a soft, dewy cream colour on the apples of cheeks. Finish with a simple neutral coloured gloss on lips.
For a hit of colour, press teal over the entire eyelid, blending from the inner corner into the socket line and out at the edge of the eye. Brush a warm shade underneath the eye such as a coral or peachy shade – the contrasting cool and warm colours work well with any eye colour."
Create the look at home with the new Frontcover Cosmetics Metallic Pastel Eyes Collection, £22, available from March.
Here's the simple steps for a beautiful teal flick:
1. Dampen the Mini Blender Brush and sweep Green Queen along the upper lash line.
2. Make the line thicker towards the outer edge of the eye.
3. To create the flick look straight ahead into a mirror and direct the line towards the end of the eyebrow and taper it to a point.
4. Dot Gold Liquid Eyeliner under the lower lashes at the outer edge of the eye, sweeping out to meet the colour above.
