Adele at the Grammy Awards on Sunday

Brit beauty Adele certainly stole the show at the Grammy’s, not only did she scoop six awards, but she also made sure all eyes were on her by sporting a stunning and elegant new hair-do.

ghd know that every girl needs a little help to create gorgeous celeb inspired hair so as if by magic - cue ghd’s Creative Director – Kenna, on hand to help you recreate Adele’s award-winning hairstyle in eight simple steps.

1.       To begin, towel dry your hair leaving as much moisture in as possible. The power of the ghd air hairdryer will lock in shine to make styling much easier and help create the right shape

 2.       Apply ghd Root Lift Spray from the roots down to add texture and ghd Total Volume Foam through the mid-lengths and ends, for a big bouncy blow dry, drying the roots first to activate the ghd Root Lift Spray.

3.       Let gravity help you build volume, and flip your head upside down. Continue drying with your fingers and turn the ghd air on low speed and low heat while you do this.

4.       Once your hair is nearly dry, turn up the heat on the ghd air and flip your head back up, continuing with a ghd Ceramic Radial Brush working the brush around the head, starting from the front and moving in all directions. When using the radial brush keep turning it back away from your face as you pull up from the roots and move the nozzle of the ghd air up close to it to create natural movement.

 5.       Once your hair is mostly dry use the cool shot button on your ghd air to fix the style, using the ghd Ceramic Radial brush to set it in place. The ionic technology will really bring out shine and smooth down hair cuticles to leave your hair totally frizz-free and healthy-looking.

 6.       Once the hair is completely dry, a blast of cold ghd air underneath your hair will create a more undone feel. To really set it.

 7.       Use a ghd tail comb to create Adele’s on-trend side parting.

 8.       To finish mist ghd Final Fix Hairspray all over to add a little sexy movement and gentle hold.
