Absolutely Fabulous filming now
Absolutely Fabulous is returning to our screens 20 years after it first began, and it appears that times have not affected the fresh-faced starlets.
Bernadette Harte, non-surgical training manager at The Harley Medical Group, has compared images of the Ab Fab stars over the past two decades and given her expert opinion on cosmetic treatments they may have had. 
She says: "Joanna Lumley has not shied away from the media regarding her regular use of Botox treatments.
"65 year old Joanna has a remarkably smooth and wrinkle-free face particularly around the eyes where ‘crow’s feet’ are most common. As we get older we lose 1.5 per cent of collagen from our skin every year, so it naturally becomes saggier and the skin elasticity is reduced.
"Joanna has admitted to having regular Botox injections which have prevented deeper lines forming on her forehead and around her eyes, giving her a more youthful appearance. The naso-labial area (nose-mouth lines) are barely visible which is rare at the age of 65 suggesting she may have also had Dermal Fillers in the lower half of her face smoothing out any lines or wrinkles.
"Joanna’s co-star, Jennifer Saunders who is slightly younger at the age of 53, also appears to have a fresh wrinkle-free face. It’s likely that Jennifer has also opted for a non-surgical treatments such as Botox.
"Both women look fantastic for their age. With a good diet and exercise – these two functions can also have a huge impact on the mind and body helping Joanna and Jennifer keep their Ab Fab looks decades later.”
