Katie Holmes looking gaunt in the past
Katie Holmes has been criticised for looking older than her years, pretty much since she got together with Tom Cruise but now the actress has took drastic action, £30,000 worth of action.
Katie, 30, looked even younger than her age when she stepped out at Tom's Valkyrie premiere in Tokyo looking stunning. She sported long hair extensions and her face looked a lot less gaunt than usual but this new look came with a hefty price tag.
The Daily Mail reports that Katie spent £30,000 in two days on her transformation including £2,000 on the hair extensions, £7,000 in spa treatments, £20,000 in dental veneers and £1,000 for premium make-up.
It comes after Katie is reported to have gone through an intense scientology detox.
It was money well spent for the actress though. A source told InTouch magazine: "She was happier than she's been in months."
