The Duchess showcases her new hairstyle

Kate Middleton debuted her new hairdo last week, and of course we all had our own opinion on it.

It appears that the people of Britain have granted Kate Middleton’s new fringe a royal thumbs up.

A survey carried out on 1000 people by dating website Cupid.com has found that the majority love Kate’s new soft, vibrant 70's style fringe, debuted earlier this week. What is most interesting though is that men have sat up and taken an interest too:

65% of men and 67% of women say they love her new look, whilst 35% of men and 33% of women prefer it the way it was.

Although her hair always looked perfect and undeniably glossy and bouncy, perhaps we were all ready to see a change in the princess’s look, however subtle. A perfectly on-trend look which is also safe enough for a lady with royal engagements.

Let's just wait for the copycat looks to start rolling in to a salon near you.

Will you be trying out Kate's new do?
