False eyelashes are getting even more luxurious with celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce opting for fur versions.
Look reports that for last week's Oscars J-Lo wore falsies made from red fox fur and Bey went for the mink version. Both styles cost the stars a whooping £400
Celebrity make-up artist Valerie Sarnelle is the woman behind the stars' lashes which last for two to three weeks.
The mink fur is collected by brushing live animals and no minks are said to be hurt in the process, that will keep PETA happy at least!
We're not sure about this trend. Sure it's not as bad as throwing a dead animal on your back and calling it a coat but it seems a bit creepy to us. Wearing bits of live animals on our eyes? No thanks, we'll stick to our usual falsies, there a hell of a lot cheaper anyway!
