The style that I used were number 701 as they weren’t too big or obviously false which is the style I like to go for when wearing false lashes. As they were the cheaper pair, the lashes themselves looked a bit too false as they had a high shine to them but this was combated once I’d give them a cost of mascara to blend them against my own lashes.

When it came to applying them, it was super easy. The glue stuck just fine and I didn’t need to trim them as they fit my eye perfectly. Unfortunately the glue didn’t last very long and within an hour of applying them I had to apply more glue to the corners as they were beginning to come away. I had to do this twice for the duration I was wearing them, which wasn’t ideal but was manageable.

Overall, they were a good shape, nice length and great fullness and they didn’t look obviously false so for £4.00 you really can’t argue with them. I would probably use a different glue in the future but apart from that, they’re certainly value for money! Get yours from lashizzle.co.uk.

Splurge: ARTDECO Dita Von Teese Eyelashes

I used number 37 in these lashes because, again, they were perfect for the style of lash I like to wear. I really was amazed with this lashes, they were the perfect fullness and didn’t look fake at all. They gave my lashes the perfect length without looking over the top and looked like real lashes.

Applying them was easy as the glue stuck straight away and the best thing was that they stayed in place all night long which is a great bonus when it comes to eye lashes! The only thing I would change is that the lashes be a little longer in the far corner so that they fan out a little more.

Overall they really are my new favourite lashes, they gave me everything I want from a lash and felt natural to wear without causing irritation and the best part was they stayed in place! They’re a little pricey at £14.50 but they’re definitely worth the investment. Click the image to get yours.
