Save: Clearasil Vitamins & Extracts Wash and Mask
This product is a two in one product which I’m always slightly dubious of as I often think that products that try to be too much often don’t work well at all but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It is specially designed for spot prone skin so was perfect for me as I always have the odd one cropping up. I used it as a wash daily and then every other day would treat my skin to the mask. It went on nicely and didn’t dry up to the point where it hurt to take off, it just washed off nicely. It smells so fresh and clean and was a joy to have on my face. There really were no bad points to this product, making it a make-up bag essential and for £4.99 you really can’t argue!
Splurge: Heaven Bee Venom Mask
This, again, is another product that has multiple uses. It can be used as a mask as well as a cream. This product has got some major press, celebrities such as Kate Middleton and Victoria Beckham are said to swear by it and so I was super excited to try it. It’s very creamy in texture, something I wasn’t expecting from a face mask, and even when I was applying it, I wasn’t 100 per cent sold but after washing off and seeing the immediate difference I was sold. It instantly brightens your skin and even my mum told me how smooth and fresh my skin looked straight away. It felt amazing too! After continual use you really do start to see a difference. I’m not ready to call it a miracle yet, as I don’t have any wrinkles to lift, but my face definitely feels smoother, softer and looks radiant. For a 50ml pot you’re looking at spending £73.00 so it’s a real splurge, but if you can’t stretch that far they do a 15ml pot for £25.30 and it’s definitely worth it!
