The classic Cleopatra eye look has returned with celebrities such as Christina Aguilera and Girls Aloud's Kimberley Walsh all rocking the look.
The look uses heavily lined eyes with big flicks and a triangle of colour sweeping outwards from the eye socket.
It can look very sexy and dramatic if applied properly, just make sure you get the basics right.
Wing out eyeliner evenly at the outer corners of your eyes, using a very dark colour.
Use a dark coloured eyeshadow to fill in the triangle shape from your eyelid to the edge of the flick, so that the corner points towards the top of your ear. A black, brown or blue colour works best.
Team this look with nude glossy lips and lightly flushed cheeks to keep the focus on your eyes.
