Once upon a time, breast enlargement surgery topped the list, but this could become a thing of the past as women turn to professional help in search for a bigger and better derriere.
Among the reasons why the bum implant is becoming so popular is because women think that it will enhance their appearance, give them more confidence and make them seem more sexually appealing.
Following the death of Claudia Aderotimi in America earlier in the year, after supposed doctors illegally injected her with silicone, the call for more research into professional implant procedures and consultations has never been higher.
Leading UK Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr Dai Davies of Cosmetic Surgery Partners said: "The bottom has always been an important part of the female sexual display, from the hottentot tribe to the increase in bum implants in Brazilian women.
"Buttock implants haven't historically been a very popular operation in the UK and sadly in some cases people have had to look for the cheapest alternatives and in this tragic case we saw terrible consequences.
"This case highlights the importance of research and finding a reputable, qualified surgeon."
If women want to achieve the look of famous bums including Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Nicki Minaj, they are being urged to seek professional advice and help.
Most recently, star of reality series The Only Way Is Essex Chloe Simm has revealed her desire for a more rounded derriere and sought a consultation.
She is quoted saying: "It's the pressure of Essex! I'm nearly 30, not married, not engaged, I've got a small bottom, nothing. Maybe my new bum will get me a man.'
Much like every procedure, buttock implants are not recommended for everyone and ladies who are looking into having the surgery are told to seek the services of qualified, professional surgeons.
So if you're thinking about giving your bum a lift or simply like the idea of showing off what you've got but don't want to go under the knife - why not start pick up some buttocks lifting jeans to give you a helping hand?
