Next week show's our favourite episode, thee makeovers, hit our screens and this got us thinking about giving ourselves a mini-makeover and trying the natural look favoured on the show.
Max Factor make-up artist Kolbrun Ran shows us that all you need is a bit of cream blusher to achieve a natural blush look.
Start by applying a small amount of foundation all over your face so your natural skin shines through.
Apply the blusher to the apples of the cheeks, watch the video to see exactly where and you can also dab it onto your lips as well.
Follow with a touch of brown mascara and curl then for the perfect English Rose look.
