Zac Efron won the hearts of every teenage girl in High School Musical but his slick Hairspray look has got women of all ages weak at the knees. Born in San Luis Obispo, California in 1987, and raised nearby in Arroyo Grande, Zac took his first step toward acting at the age of 11 when his parents took note of his singing talents. Singing lessons soon led to an appearance in the production of "Gypsy" that ran 90 performances and he was hooked.
