Dominic West
Dominic West is the quientessential British hottie. His dazzling smile and excellent manners make him the perfect choice to take home to your mother. But we bet Dominic has lots of saucy suprises hiding behind that butter wouldn't melt front. Born in Sheffield Dominic always had ambitions of being an actor and studied at Attended Eton College, Berkshire -the same school as Prince Harry and Prince William. When he was in his first year, cheeky Dominic asked the Head of Drama for a part in the school play. The teacher was so amused that he cast him as the prostitute- and that's strangely how he caught the acting bug. Dominic first hit our screens in 1991 in a short film called 3 Joes and has since gone on to star in the likes of True Blue, Chicago, Mona Lisa Smile, 300 and most recently Hanibal Rising. However it's his appearance as Detective Jimmy McNulty in TV series The Wire that got us falling in love with Dominic. Jimmy is a rough around the edges cop in Baltimore- a far cry from Dominic's yorkshire roots. We think Dominic's smouldering good looks, charmingly good manners and heart stopping smile definitely make him a worthy Hottie of the Day.
