Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews shows off the amazing transformation in his body...achieved in just a week.
He looks flabby and out of shape in the 'before' picture taken on arrival in Ibiza for a week of intense detox.
The transformation just seven days later is remarkable.
He is fit and toned and has the rippled six-pack which has made him the heart-throb the Made In Chelsea girls just cannot resist.
He lost more than a stone in weight - including an astonishing 13lbs in the first three days at No 1 Boot Camp - a diet and fitness retreat nestled in its own orange grove and tucked away in a secluded corner of the holiday island.
Spencer, 25, says the 'turbulence' in his love life was to blame for him getting out of shape.
He says honestly: "You have to look in my career and obviously I've been failing miserably in that recently.
"In recent episodes of Made In Chelsea I looked quite beastly, I'd let myself go.
"Being in a relationship for so long, you end up getting lazy, ordering pizzas.
"The turbulence of falling in and out of love has made it difficult not to go out a lot and when you're socialising you're drinking - and I've not been thinking too much about my health and weight.
"There is absolutely no moderation in my life."
Spencer got back in shape during punishing week at No 1 Boot Camp where he cut out the booze, at very little and trained intensively for eight hours a day.
The camp is based in a villa situated next to an idyllic tree-lined cove in the north-west of the island near to the tranquil resort of Santa Eulalia.
Spencer combined seven days of punishing exercise by taking Forza Supplements Black T5 fat burning pills.
The change in his body in is hard to believe - but it was not easy.
Spencer explains: "It was amazing.
"No 1 Boot Camp had me up at the crack of dawn doing punishing work-outs and then in the afternoon we would do four-hour hikes up the hills and coastline of Ibiza.
"It was beautiful and also very tiring, but the end result was great.
"I lost just over a stone in a week. In fact, I lost 13lbs in three days!
"We trained very, very hard and ate very little - it was a brilliant kick-start to get myself back to fitness."
The secret of No 1 Boot Camp's success is the ex-military trainers who won't let anyone slack - and low-fat food cooked by Michelin-starred chefs.
Spencer - now happily settled with his 22-year-old Made In Chelsea co-star Lucy Watson - admits that when he starts exercising it quickly becomes an addiction.
He says: "There is absolutely no moderation in my life, I'm afraid, but the only real addiction I get is going to the gym.
Like a lot of men, Spencer uses sports supplements - they hastened his weight loss and gave him added energy.
He says: "I was taking the latest training supplement Forza Black T5 as well. It helps to burn off fat. It's a totally safe and healthy supplement to take."
No 1 Boot Camp is a big favourite with celebrities.
Spencer booked for a week after his Made In Chelsea co-star Binky Felstead,22, lost a stone at its camp on the trendy North Norfolk coast.
Spencer's is delighted with his results.
And the best news of all?
"My jawline has started to reappear," he smiles.
The hunk is enjoying life with new love Lucy - and has no regrets about his bitter split with another Made In Chelsea co-star, Louise Thompson, 22.
He says: "What I learnt from my last relationship is that if you want to sleep with other people, you should end things because it's not going anywhere. I should have split with Louise six months ago."
After his first week at No 1 Boot Camp, Spencer is itching to get back.
And he insists he can look better.
"I'm going back to No 1 Boot Camp when we finish the filming of this series of Made In Chelsea. I need to finish the job and get seriously ripped!"
