Rihanna most certainly turned heads when she attended the Grammy's on Sunday night.
Wearing a barely-there Giorgio Armani black silk custom gown, she was most certainly the knock-out of the night.
But it wasn't just her dress that stunned, it was her enviable body.
And now, her personal trainer has revealed how the singer stays in such great shape.
The Revolution's Harley Pasternak told People.com that the 23-year-old usually works out at least three times a week for around 25 minutes.
He explained that she does cycling, skipping, stationary jogging and jumping jacks as part of her cardio routine.
Harley - creator of the 5 Factor programme - told People.com: 'She's got such a beautiful body naturally. With someone like her, it's about the fine tuning.'
Her trainer added that most of her exercises can be done in her hotel room or backstage before a show, enabling her to squeeze exercise into her hectic schedule.
When she's in one location for a stretch, she will often up her workouts to five times a week and increasse her cardio work from 10 to 30 minutes a day.
In terms of diet, she eats lots of protein, including beam-based foods, and tries to eat five small meals a day.
