1. Make time. There is no point in doing a last minute fix. You need to be prepared to make a few changes ahead of summer and give yourself a few weeks where you eat clean and train mean.
2. Set yourself a goal. Stick a picture of yourself in a bikini on the fridge and upload a new one each week. The changes you'll see will motivate you to carry on.
3. Workout. I use my online fitness centre resultswithlucy.com which I created because I despise the gym! You can work out alongside me at home and pick a programme that suits you from dance to gymnastics to yoga.
4. Drink plenty of water. It's the most obvious thing available to us yet loads of us don't drink enough. It will help keep your skin detoxified and your body hydrated.
5. Eat eggs. I eat mine every day. Scrambled, poached, inside an avocado, on rye. I never get bored because there are so many ways to eat them. They're high in protein so keep you feeling fuller for longer and they're great after a work out to help build and repair muscle tissue.
6. Ditch junk food. You won't get a summer body by eating it.
7. Feel good working out. Invest in decent sportswear. Trust me it makes working out much nicer. If you feel and look good it motivates you and who said sportswear can't be fashionable?
8. Hang out at a spa. Before summer kicks in treat yourself to a day at a spa. It's the perfect chance to exfoliate skin, de-stress and reward yourself for the hard work you've been doing.
9. Tan. A pasty summer body is not a good look! Fan tan can help you get a good colour without any sun damage.
10. Keep feet in check
Beach bodies need smooth hands and feet! A pre summer manicure and pedicure is the perfect tonic. For summer sometimes I use Shellac as it's long lasting and doesn't chip on the beach but make sure you give nails a rest too.
